There is this cute little cafe in Baltimore Md called the paper moon. The food is great - it has a lot of different types of food. I personally love the bbq shrimp quesadilla and the captain crunch milk shake ( pictured below ). They are known for their food too - they were on the food networks diners drive ins and dives. But in case you don't like food for some reason - you should go just for the decor. I added a few photos to show you. Its located in the art district of baltimore - its right down the road from the baltimore art museum. The place may seem over the top or even scary - but its not - its just very colorful.
